Beneath "My Bookings" are listed your upcoming event bookings. Click on the search tab to look for bookings by name or location.

Home" above and then enter HUID credentials to access the scheduling
We are please to announce that the HLS community is now able to book FULL SERVICE RESERVATIONS in addition to the previously available express and study rooms.
New bookings require a 72-hour advance notice
for facilities and AV service requests. Catering now requires 96 hours of notice, due to the large volume of requests we've been recieving. Please note that once a
reservation has been made in EMS, any changes to requested services must be
submitted at least 24 hours before the start of the event.
In addition to having access to EMS for event
bookings, students, staff, and faculty will continue to be able to reserve
study spaces and small conference rooms through our express reservations system
up to seven days in advance.

Please pay close
attention to all of the COVID-19 safety protocols for events being hosted this
fall, as outlined in our Events FAQs. In particular, please note that eating and
drinking is allowed in designated eating areas only. Grab-and-go meals may be
offered as part of an event or meeting, but attendees must pick up their meals
outside the room and take them to a designated eating and drinking area. A list
eating and drinking locations on campus can be found online.
